The Rulebook on VAT Records postponed
Serbian Ministry of Finance announced that application of the new Rulebook on VAT Records is to be postponed until 1 July 2018.
This is to inform you that the Serbian Ministry of Finance announced on its website that application of the new Rulebook on Form, Content and Method of Keeping VAT Records and Form and Content of the Overview of VAT Calculation (hereinafter: the Rulebook) is to be postponed until 1 July 2018.
The announcement notes, inter alia, that the Ministry of Finance carried out all necessary activities in order to postpone application of the Rulebook, as reflected in the amendments to the VAT Law whose adoption is planned until the end of this year.
