Amendments to the Law on Professional Rehabilitation
Amendments to the Law on Professional Rehabilitation and Employment of Persons with Disabilities adopted
The National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia has adopted the Law on Amendments to the Law on Professional Rehabilitation and Employment of Persons With Disabilities on 8 April 2013 which was published in the Official Gazette of RS No. 032/2013 on 8 of April 2013.
The Law on Amendments to the Law on Amendments to the Law on Professional Rehabilitation and Employment of Persons With Disabilities shall enter into force on 16 April 2013.
The most significant amendments are as follows:
- Employment of persons with disabilities
- Proactive policy measures for employment of persons with disabilities
