In this Impact Report, our second, we’re pleased to share with you our efforts to have a positive impact on our people, clients and community.

As with our first Report, we have once again aligned with ���㣨Leyu���������� International to measure and share our progress across four key areas of People, Planet, Prosperity and Governance �� acknowledging both our achievements and the areas in which we can do better.

Accompanying the Report is our first Climate Disclosure Statement, which provides information on how we’re helping drive change towards a sustainable and resilient future. Not only are we aiming to change how we operate our business, we’re also striving to join with and support our clients as they too address climate change and broader sustainability issues.

Both the Report and the Statement reflect our ongoing intention to be transparent and hold ourselves publicly accountable and, as previously promised, we’ll continue to measure, evolve, and report back on our progress.
