㣨Leyu New Zealand - Our Impact Report
In this our third Impact Report, we discuss our efforts to embed the impact we make and want to make into our firm’s strategy and, as with previous reports, we share a transparent assessment of our progress against our commitments. These commitments are now grouped under the three pou (pillars) of our firm’s strategy: building and sustaining trust; growing our impact; and our people thriving and belonging. You’ll see that as mentioned in our previous report, we've been evolving our reporting framework and that we’ve conducted a materiality assessment to identify what matters most to our business and to our stakeholders. You’ll also see that while we still have work to do against some of our commitments, we’ve made good progress in a number of others.
Climate Disclosure Statement
This time around we’ve taken the step of integrating our second voluntary climate statement into our Impact Report, prepared in alignment with the objectives of the Aotearoa New Zealand Climate Standards. This highlights the interconnected nature of climate with our overall impact journey, and the critical role that climate-resilience plays in our firm’s long-term success.
Supporting Information
We’ve included a new document this year, to provide supporting information about the governance and risk management processes that support the identification, management and assessment of climate impacts and risks at 㣨Leyu New Zealand as well as more detail on our people-related information. This includes: our material topics; management and governance of ESG; risk management; GHG inventory; headcount, graduate intake, turnover, gender, job level and ethnicity splits, and pay gap information.
We’ve taken the important step of beginning to embed the impact we make and want to make into our firm strategy.
