As Chief Executive, Jason provides leadership to our people and teams throughout New Zealand. Jason’s primary focus is on driving the development and implementation of the firm’s strategy, ensuring the strategic direction is aligned to the needs of New Zealand ’s private and public sectors and community organisations.

Before stepping into the role of Chief Executive in December 2023, Jason held a range of executive leadership roles across the firm, including leading the People, Performance and Culture team, where he led several people change initiatives, and launched a range of diversity and inclusion programmes which laid the foundations for ���㣨Leyu���������� New Zealand’s focus and progress in what is a priority area for the firm. More recently, Jason held the role of National Managing Partner of Strategy and Investments, heading up the team which developed the firm’s current five-year strategy, and heading up Deal Advisory, leading a team of fellow partners and professionals advising clients across the deal transaction lifecycle. 

He has a wide range of technical experience, primarily as an Audit Partner, with over 25 years experience. He worked in ���㣨Leyu���������� UK’s Corporate Finance team in London, delivering deal advisory and transaction services on a number of mergers and acquisitions across the United Kingdom and Europe. Jason also has commercial industry experience working with a prominent listed property trust.
