He has broad experience as Program and Project manager of large ERP/HR transformation projects and tendering processes for customers in the private and public sector.聽Trond Egil has experience with organization- strategy and business development both as a manager and as a consultant.
He has managed a number of large ERP/HR implementation projects both for the customer and for the vendor project teams. Trond Egil is innovation oriented and focused on how state of the art IT solutions may be utilized to increase effectiveness and create value for the business units. He has an ambition to be the mediator between IT and the business units in order to facilitate increased efficiency and process improvement. He enjoys driving processes in order to achieve this, and be a facilitator for change.
