The team’s capabilities include Transaction Services (TS), M&A, Valuations and Capital Solutions, Accounting Advisory Services (AAS), Infrastructure and Climate Advisory, Strategy, Integration & Separation, Strategy, Restructuring, Financial Modelling and Solutions, DA&S Research, Deal Analytics and ESG Advisory.

DA&S continues to expand into new areas such as integration and separation and deal focussed analytics, while deepening its existing capabilities in TS, Strategy, AAS and CF. Furthermore, in line with the global agenda, DA&S has been developing sector-focussed teams, such as infrastructure.
