05 July 2024: 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 in India has appointed Reena Wahi as Partner and Head of People, Performance and Culture (PPC) of the firm. She will be based out of Mumbai.
In this role, Reena will lead 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 in India鈥檚 human resources function which comprises talent management and strategy, driving the people culture and professional development聽to further 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 in India鈥檚 operations and growth. She has over 25 years of experience, with strong functional expertise in organisational & culture transformation, change management, talent engagement and future ready talent development.
She brings unique blend of consulting and industry experience spanning various sectors such as Real Estate, Consulting, Financial Services, GCC鈥檚 and Hospitality. Her experience also extends in areas of Risk Management & Corporate Governance, and she has successfully developed and deployed Governance, Compliance and Enterprise Risk Framework for various organisations.
Reena was previously with Tata Realty & Infrastructure (TATA) as Senior Vice President and leading Human Resource, Sustainability, Technology & Business Excellence functions. Prior to that, she has been associated organisations such as Korn Ferry, Hay Group, Cushman & Wakefield, Aviva Global Services, American Express, EXL, General Electric and Oberoi Hotels.
