MPA Services enable stakeholders to optimise their complex programs and projects, reduce time, cost and risk, enhancing governance, ESG and safety, serving Project Owners, Investors and Financiers / Bankers, EPC Contractors, Regulators and Ministries / Government departments. Suneel brings learning and experience from diverse sectors: Engineering & Construction, Oil, Gas and Chemicals, Real Estate, Manufacturing (Cement, Steel, Pharmaceuticals, discrete / process), Water, Roads & Highways, Energy (Generation and transmission), and Renewable Energy (solar and wind). Over the years, Suneel has also supported multiple international 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 member firms in setting up and offering MPA services and in publishing leading practices and thoughts to enhance capital project performance. He has been instrumental in ideating, designing and implementing multiple digital technology tools for 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网. These proprietary 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 tools support project owners and contractors for capital project oversight with improved visualization, data analytics and decision making. As of Oct 2021, he has also undertaken an added responsibility to help create a larger market for 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网鈥檚 technology enabled consulting solutions, tapping into the large Industrial Automation, Intelligence and Digitalisation opportunity.
Suneel also contributes to the consulting profession by conducting a full credit course on building business consulting capability & skills once a year for post graduate students. He has conducted this course with Narsee Monjee Institute of Mgmt Studies in Mumbai, India for over 10 years and once with SP Jain鈥檚 International MBA Program in Dubai, UAE.
