He has over 22 years of experience in delivering large-scale integrations, buy & sell side carve-out transactions, portfolio assessments and cost transformations. His areas of expertise include post-merger integration, operational carve-out and separation, joint ventures, diligence, synergy capture.
He has experience in multiple industries including consumer products, diversified industrials markets, life sciences and healthcare.
