He is also the India Corridor Leader for Japan and manages overall relationships for Japanese clients for the India firm.
Primarily being a deals partner, he has considerable experience in due diligence engagements assisting a cross section of multinational clients and private equity in evaluating risks and opportunities of their inbound and outbound investment plans. He thoroughly understands transaction and negotiation issues relevant to Indian and cross border transactions.
