Kalpesh specialises in the areas of corporate, international and M&A tax, and has experience in advising on a range of Indian tax and regulatory issues such as entry strategy, capital restructuring, mergers, re-organisations, acquisitions, etc.
Over the years, Kalpesh has built specific expertise in the technology, private equity and real estate sectors, and has worked with leading Indian and multinational clients on a diverse range of tax matters, including on pathbreaking transactions and complex litigation on fund taxation.
In his past roles, Kalpesh has worked with professional services firms such as Deloitte, BMR & Associates, Arthur Andresen, Ernst & Young and with Och Ziff, a leading hedge fund.
