�Corporate responsibility (CR) is integrated into our business model, and we consider CR aspects in all our business decisions and activities. Our long-term business success depends on our employees� qualifications and technical skills and commitment, client satisfaction and our reputation as a thought leader. All these aspects essential for sound and sustainable business relations are further discussed in our corporate sustainability report.

�We are a member of the Responsible Business Forum in Estonia, and for several years we have helped assess the performance of businesses participating in the Estonian Sustainable Business Index.

â€�ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø actively supports its staff obtaining professional qualifications and taking examinations in professional competence. A number of our staff members hold a licence of a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Government Auditing Professional (CGAP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) or an EQF (European Qualifications Framework for Lifelong Learning) level 5 or 6 certificate in accountancy.

�We measure employee engagement through the Global People Survey (GPS) that is conducted once in two years.

� We publish various newsletters dedicated to tax and management issues.

�We are dedicated to supporting youth education. Together with TalTech University Foundation we award an annual scholarship for students of the Faculty of Economics of TalTech.

�We are always open and eager to share our knowledge and provide pro-bono services to non-profit organisations a good example of which is our relationship with Estonian charity foundation Minu Unistuste Päev.
