The key to our success lies in our own people

Our efforts and actions focus on creating an inclusive environment where people come as they are, respect each other, value the differences between colleagues and build strong positive relationships.

With Excellence being one of our Values, we encourage our people to never stop learning and deliver quality work to the highest professional standards. The lifelong learning opportunities as well as the experience that people can gain due to the vast variety of high value clients we serve, are amongst our top competitive advantages. Amongst other developmental actions, the coaching sessions offered by our own trained professionals support our people to unlock their full potential and achieve success in their personal and professional lives.

Our wellbeing program has proven to be instrumental in our efforts to support our people to “be and perform at their best� while balancing their act between personal and professional life. We listen and recognize our people’s needs which may vary depending on personal circumstances, commitments, or preferences. One of the program’s key offering is the flexibility in working arrangements: reduced and/or flexible working hours, Flex Fridays and reduced working hours for July and August, parent scheme and more. Embracing the future of work, we are always open to adopt fresh and innovative practices that equally benefit our people and our clients. The hybrid working model we have adopted aims to support better work/life integration. We strongly believe that Together, we can change things For Better and create a future that we all want. This is the reason why we are staying focused on our wellbeing strategy acknowledging that this is not a one-time task but an ongoing process.

One of the greatest milestones we have achieved in 2024, was to obtain the “We Invest in Wellbeing� Accreditation by Investors in People, placing us amongst the very few organizations in Cyprus that have managed to obtain such an accreditation. We have also renewed the “We Invest in People � Silver� Accreditation which is an important distinction that only 22% of organizations achieve. Accomplishing such accreditations demonstrates that not only we have the right principles in place but that we are also implementing strategies for continuous improvement to better meet the evolving needs of our people.
