Jason is a key member of the Financial Services Tax team in Switzerland, providing specialized tax services exclusively to banks and asset managers. After gaining experience in the banking industry, Jason joined 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 in 2005.聽
Jason is a Swiss Certified Tax Expert and an experienced tax advisor for banks and asset managers, with a focus on operational taxes (incl. withholding taxes, stamp duty, QI, FATCA, AEoI). He regularly supports Swiss and foreign banks and asset managers with the challenges they face in complying with the QI, FATCA and AEoI regimes. He also leads the QI periodic reviews prescribed by the U.S. Internal Revenue Service for many Swiss and global financial institutions, as well as the local FATCA/ AEoI audits for financial institutions in Liechtenstein.
In addition, he is an expert on the taxation of Swiss and foreign funds and their investors. He is also responsible for preparing the Swiss investor tax reporting for many foreign funds (incl. alternative investments and private equity funds). Jason is a tutor at EXPERTsuisse since 2012, teaching the taxation of Swiss and foreign fund vehicles in Switzerland for the Swiss Certified Tax Expert courses.聽
