Tobias Valk is a member of the Executive Committee of 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 Holding AG and advises globally active life science companies as Global Lead Partner.
He began his career in auditing and was subsequently one of the founders of Transaction Services, which he led for 6 years. Over the years, Tobias has supported both domestic and cross-border transactions for a variety of multinational and mid-sized companies. In 2014-2018, he led the Deal Advisory practice in Switzerland, focusing the advisory approach on the transaction situation of our clients and bundling it into a holistic solution to assist their purchase, sale, joint venture, financing and restructuring decisions.
From 2002 to 2004, Tobias worked for 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 in Melbourne, Australia, where he was instrumental in the stock exchange listing of several biotech companies.
