Kevin studied Finance and Management Information Science at the University of Florida.
He joined 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 in 2003 and was promoted to Partner in 2018. He is a member of the Business Consulting team within Financial Services Consulting.
Kevin advises national and international financial services clients in Switzerland. He provides advisory services covering transformation of the operating model for finance and corporate services functions. This includes (1) 鈥渇uture of鈥� finance operating models, including innovation & digitalization using automation platforms; (2) the implementation of new business partnering reporting, performance management and KPI frameworks; (3) new service delivery and organizational models; and (4) new operating models for M&A related integration, separation & carveout.
