Martin Stevka is Partner and Head of 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网鈥檚 Accounting Advisory Services-Team. He works with clients supporting them in accounting-related challenges and capital market transactions.
Martin is a proven accounting advisor. Over the last 15 years, he has supported clients in accounting-related transactions, such as IFRS, US GAAP and Swiss GAAP FER conversions, impact assessments of new accounting standards, implementation support for new accounting standards, accounting integration projects, preparation of carve-out, combined and pro forma financial statements, compilation of technical accounting papers, financial MD&A and investigations initiated by regulators.
He delivers technical accounting trainings both internally and externally. Martin has also been involved in numerous capital market transactions, such as initial public offerings (including SPAC transactions), and he understands the diverse requirements of the Swiss and US stock exchanges.
He joined 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 more than 10 years ago after having worked four years in financial reporting enforcement for the main Swiss stock exchange. Martin鈥檚 sector experience encompasses industrial manufacturing, consumer goods and retail, transportation, distribution, real estate, pharma, biotech and automotive.
