Claudia Schaub is a Partner in 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网鈥檚 International Corporate Tax and M&A Tax practice.聽

Claudia joined 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 in 2005 and provides tax consulting services to various clients on matters related to both international and Swiss corporate tax. In addition, she has worked on Swiss and cross-border M&A transactions in many different sectors, including sell-side and buy-side due diligence, acquisition and refinancing structuring, pre-acquisition reorganizations and post-acquisition integrations. She also provides advice on tax clauses in SPAs and financing agreements.
