Tatiana has more than 15 years of experience helping Compensation & Benefits, HR Management, Payroll and Global Mobility specialists that navigate tax, social security and payroll issues related to their company鈥檚 mobile workforce and top executives.
With insight into a broad range of complex tax, social security and immigration issues and extensive experience dealing with the Swiss authorities, Tatiana鈥檚 areas of expertise include: Swiss and international tax aspects for individuals, complex tax at source matters, employee restructuring projects, international expatriates/assignment policy, deferred compensation, employee stock plans, social security and pension fund issues, as well as negotiating tax and social security agreements.
