He is also a member of the 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 Switzerland Department of Professional Practice (DPP) for US accounting and auditing matters. Doug has extensive experience in SEC and reporting requirements and capital market transactions.
His experience covers a broad range of industries, including the manufacturing, consumer goods, pharmaceutical, specialty chemical, financial services, and telecommunications sectors. He has also worked with a number of companies on fast-tracking complex, multi-jurisdictional and multi-disciplinary projects. These projects have focused on financial statement accounting conversions, mergers and acquisitions and implementing internal controls over financial reporting.
