Karolis began his career at 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 UK in 2013, where he gained significant experience in consulting and advisory roles. After expanding his expertise in senior leadership positions outside 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 from 2020 onwards, he rejoined the firm in 2025, bringing extensive knowledge in risk transformation, technology-enabled solutions, and process optimization.
