He has over 16 years of professional services experience with 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网. Since joining the Diligence Services group at 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 Switzerland in 2014, Stephan has been involved in numerous sell-side and buy-side situations, advising financial sponsors and strategic investors on transactions in cross-border and national market settings.
His experience spans across different industries, such as industrial manufacturing, utilities, pharma, and life sciences as well as food & beverages, health care and IT.
Before joining Diligence Services, Stephan spent several years in 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网鈥檚 German Practice (Audit) and Accounting Advisory Services in New York. During that time, he worked on conversion and statutory audit engagements as well as on transaction and regulatory driven projects, such as IPO readiness assessments and IFRS/U.S. GAAP conversions and the implementation of new reporting standards.
