Andr茅 advises multinational companies (MNCs) on choosing the location of their key value drivers and works predominantly with groups from North America and Asia-Pacific with expansion or relocation plans in Europe. He heads 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 Switzerland鈥檚 business development efforts in this field and his primary focus is on Value Chain Analysis (VCA) as a methodology to evaluate and (re)locate key value drivers across different business locations. Andr茅 brings a Life Sciences specialization to his role and acts as the editor of the biannual 鈥淪ite Selection Report for Life Sciences Companies in Europe鈥�.
Prior to his role at 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网, Andr茅 led the Swiss Federal Foreign Investment Promotion Agency鈥檚 operations for North America and was based in New York. Before that, he was a scientific advisor within the Swiss Federal State Secretariat for Economic Affairs where he focused on redesigning the Swiss federal regional economic development policy and evaluating the eligibility of private sector projects for federal grants and tax holidays.
