A Swiss certified accountant, Thomas has a very broad expertise in group auditing of listed and private companies of various sizes and industries (with a focus on the industrial, consumer goods and retail sector). Furthermore, he has supported his clients in various acquisitions and divestitures,聽capital market transactions and restructurings.
Thomas has in-depth expertise in IFRS and Swiss GAAP FER, M&A, capital market and financing topics.聽In addition, he is specialized in IT-based audits and the application of modern data analysis tools.
