Christoph specializes in cross-border M&A transactions for private equity and strategic clients. His experience includes leveraged buy-out transactions, IPOs and public-to-private transactions as well as large joint venture and restructuring deals.
He joined 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 Switzerland in 2006 and spent one year on rotation in 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网鈥檚 Silicon Valley office in 2012. Following his return to Switzerland in 2013, Christoph鈥檚 sector experience has centered on private equity, software, healthcare, real estate and infrastructure.聽
