The Audit Committee Institute has been in Brazil since 2004.

Since 1999, the Audit Committee Institute and the affiliates of the 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 member-firms are dedicated to providing significant and adequate information for Board Members and for members of Audit Committees, concerning changes in the corporate governance environment throughout many countries and regions of the world.

Through the ACI鈥檚 initiative, these professionals have an instrument that can assist them in maintaining the integrity of their financial reports and the quality of the corporate governance practices of the companies in which they perform.

Presently, there are over 30 countries that use the initiative, and each ACI of the member-firms agrees on what are the tools used to assist their board, committee and council members, based on their regulatory environment and their capital market, such as periodic publications, debate panels and the website itself.
