Prior to joining ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø South Africa, Dex worked for ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø Consulting in Tokyo/Japan as a member of the Shared Service & Outsourcing Advisory team.  His primary focus was to develop the service offering and creation of capability relating to Intelligent Automation while supporting project delivery as a subject matter expert.

Since transferring to ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø South Africa, Dex is responsible for developing the Advisory business for South Africa - Japan corridor, which entails developing new service offerings to bring to market and engaging with Japanese companies in Africa as a business liaison to facilitate investment into the continent.

In addition, Dex is responsible for driving the Mobility 2030 initiative and is also the Automotive Sector Leader for ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø South Africa. Mobility 2030 explores the advent of electric vehicles (EV), autonomous vehicles (AV), and mobility-as-a-service (“MaaSâ€�) means to the future movement of people and goods.
