Nashikta is a Partner in ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø’s Technology Risk business unit in Durban. She has been with ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø for over 10 years and is currently heading up the BCM service line for ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø nationally. Nashikta specialises in Business Continuity and has earned the AMBCI designation after having passed the BCI examination with distinction. She has presented on BCM via ISACA, internal conferences and to numerous clients. She has also published articles on BCM, eLearning and Sustainable/ Green IT in local newspapers and ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø newsletters. She represented ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø at the Global Business Continuity Institute conference in London last year. Nashikta was one of four people selected from ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø to attend the Leading Woman course run by the Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS). This course and her experience with working with people from all walks of life has enabled her to become an effective and inspirational leader.
