Background

Tram Anh has over 13 years of experience in large-scale ERP implementation. She possesses strong knowledge of two major ERP systems: 8 years of experience with Oracle in Purchasing, Inventory, and Manufacturing, and 5 years of experience with SAP configuration and support in Material Management and Warehouse Management.

She has a profound understanding of various business processes, including procurement-to-pay, order-to-cash, financial accounting, and supply chain management. Tram Anh has extensive experience implementing Oracle (using the AIM methodology) and SAP (using the ASAP methodology), particularly in Vietnam.

Additionally, she has played a pivotal role in a significant global implementation project, serving as the Transition Lead for the Vietnam entity.

She has significant experience in various industry sectors, Including Food and beverage, Construction/Engineering, Cable and Telecommunication, Plastic manufacturing, Plastic Packaging, Transportation and Chartering, Veterinary Aquaculture medicines and feed, Wood processing, and Interior.

ERP Consulting:

Consulting in ERP projects related to Readiness Assessment, Business Process Improvement, Request for Information (RFI), Request for Proposal (RFP), Vendor Selection, Quality Assurance, and PMO.

Be responsible for Master Data Management design and process design for a huge client in the FMCG industry in Vietnam.

Be the transition leader for a huge global company in Pharmaceuticals implementation, which was rolled out to Vietnam affiliate.

Implementation:

Be project managers for over 5 implementation projects.

Be team leader in PO-INV-MFG for 5 implementation projects.
