Mai Anh has 15 years of experience in audit, tax and corporate services. She possesses extensive technical knowledge, commercial acumen, and comprehensive experience in providing tax consulting and compliance services to a wide range of clients, including large corporations in Vietnam, multinational organizations, foreign contractors, and listed companies.

Mai Anh leads the Tax Service for the National Corporate workstream, managing a diverse portfolio of public and private enterprises across sectors.

She supports clients with onshore and offshore restructuring, M&A transactions, tax due diligence projects and pre-IPO preparations. She assists clients in presenting technical arguments during tax inspections/appeals, and has helped secure favorable tax rulings from authorities.

Mai Anh is involved in technical discussions and the consultation process for policy development, including the draft decree on BEPS 2.0 in Vietnam and other draft regulations.

Mai Anh is in charge of internal technical discussions and trainings for client groups. She serves as a guest lecturer for data analysis in business at Foreign Trade University, and Vietnam tax at ISCA Singapore.
