Hoa has over 21 years of professional experience in legal and tax in Vietnam, including more than 10 years of experience in the Legal and Tax practice of ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø in Vietnam and 7 years of experience in the Tax and Advisory practice in another Big Four firm in Vietnam. Hoa has been providing a wide range of legal and tax advice for many multi-national and local corporations in various business sectors. 

Hoa is leading the Market Entry as well as the Corporate Restructuring group of ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø Legal in Vietnam. He has been advising and assisting many foreign businesses in various sectors for their entry into and/or expansion of their businesses in Vietnam. Hoa’s sector-focused practice includes Retail & Consumer, Industrial Manufacturing, Healthcare & Pharmaceuticals, and Real Estate.

Hoa also has extensive experience in working in international teams for many projects which include professional consultants from ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø officers in Taiwan, Korea, Japan, UK, US, Thailand, etc.
