A new income tax treaty between Mauritius and Hong Kong鈥攚hich was signed in November 2022 (read TaxNewsFlash)鈥攚as gazetted on 27 July 2023 and 28 April 2023 in Mauritius and Hong Kong, respectively.
The treaty entered into force on 23 June 2023.
