In addition to our commitments in our Code of Conduct, 㣨Leyu has specific policies designed to prevent human trafficking.
㣨Leyu Policies
Prohibition on Human Trafficking Policy � 㣨Leyu LLP prohibits the use of human trafficking, forced labor or other prohibited activities by 㣨Leyu LLP personnel, and seeks to ensure that it does not accept products or services from 㣨Leyu LLP subcontractors that employ or utilize human trafficking or forced labor or engage other prohibited activities. 㣨Leyu LLP strictly prohibits destroying, concealing, confiscating, or otherwise denying 㣨Leyu LLP personnel access to their identity or immigration documents, including but not limited to passports or driver’s licenses.
Recruitment and Wage Plan � When mandated by law or contract, 㣨Leyu LLP will provide 㣨Leyu LLP employees a written employment contract, in a language the prospective employee understands. The 㣨Leyu LLP Employee Agreement shall include, but is not limited to, details about: work description; wages; prohibition on charging recruitment fees; work location(s); living accommodations and associated costs (if applicable); time off; roundtrip transportation arrangements; process for raising concerns; and, the content of applicable laws and regulations that prohibit trafficking in persons.
