He has over 25 years of business leadership and operations experience, split evenly between roles for clients across public and private sector; and professional services roles in the business services and information technology (IT) sectors.
Professional and Industry Experience:
Mike is an accomplished and strategically minded business leader, with a track record in building successful businesses and teams. He brings hands on experience of leading large transformation programmes that deliver real operational benefits, developing the skills, capabilities and behaviours of teams to enable sustainable change.
He specialises in programmes that contain a large capability development component and require multiple organisations to collaborate effectively at a system level to achieve success. He has advised UK Government on their policies for operational efficiency, government reform, and future industrial capability and strategy.
Prior to his time working with 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 Mike spent the previous two decades in various business, commercial, and ITS leadership roles across automotive, retail, information and communication technologies (ICT) and business services sectors.聽聽
