Mike is a Partner based out of 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网鈥檚 Nottingham and Birmingham offices. He leads our tax practice in the Midlands region and has over 20 years鈥� experience of providing tax services to various privately owned, private equity backed and AIM listed businesses. Mike has expertise in a range of areas, including company tax strategy and governance, share disposals, corporate reorganisations, succession planning, share incentive schemes and tax investigations. Mike has presented at a number of annual conferences organised by the ATT and CTA and has also had a number of articles published in leading tax journals.
