Naveen leads our UK Private Equity practice. He has over 20 years鈥� experience in the private equity industry, advising large and mid-cap clients and portfolio companies on some of the most complex cross-border transactions across a wide range of industries and geographies. His key clients include some of the largest Global and European private equity funds and their respective portfolio companies.
Naveen remains a Deal Advisory Partner and a Global or European lead for a selection of our largest PE clients. His primary experience is in dealing with acquisitions (both buy and sell side), disposals and refinancing.聽
Prior to this, he has been a member of the 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 Deal Advisory and Clients & Growth leadership teams where he was responsible for driving growth and collaboration across our full suite of services.聽
Naveen has been a partner at 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 since 2004, prior to joining 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 Naveen trained with Andersen in Manchester and subsequently at Deloitte in London.
