Irene is the national service line lead for 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 UK鈥檚 Service Assurance Reporting Practice.聽
Her 15 years鈥� of experience spans technology risk management and optimisation across first, second, and third lines of defence, including:
- Delivering major SOC1 and SOC2 reviews across banks, asset managers, and business service providers.
- This includes using the ISAE 3402, ISAE 3000, SSAE 18, AAF 01/06 frameworks.
- Irene聽has successfully assisted聽many聽clients聽who are at the beginning of their assurance journey聽in using service assurance to accelerate their growth with confidence.聽 They聽include聽organisations in the聽Financial聽Services,聽FinTech, Tech and Professional Services聽sectors.
- She also helps organisations to harmonise their assurance activities 鈥� for example across ISO 27001 and SOC2 鈥� to get maximum value.
- Irene also has extensive experience in first and second line technology and operational risk management projects.
