Jason is 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网's Partner and Global Continuous Improvement Lead for health and care sector (NHS, private health, local government, housing and charities sectors) across audit, tax and advisory. He is a Partner in Consulting with substantial experience in major efficiency and quality improvement projects. He also co-leads 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网鈥檚 Healthcare Operational Excellence teams globally.
Jason鈥檚 areas of expertise include: performance improvement, lean management, cost reduction, strategy, reconfiguration, mergers and acquisitions, board development and senior stakeholder management.
He is a Cohort Director for the NHS Leadership Academy鈥檚 Bevan programme 鈥� leading 49 aspirant leaders through a year-long development programme.
In a previous role, Jason was Head of People for the UK firm鈥檚 management consulting business. Sitting on the national leadership team, he led on performance, development, diversity & inclusion as well as pay & reward for over 1,500 employees in that practice.
