In recent years her focus has been M&A tax, where she has advised on a variety of taxation matters relating to UK and International transactions, including IPOs, vendor and purchaser tax due diligence, structuring, tax aspects of valuation models, and contractual support. Carol leads relationships across all tax services with many of our clients across the insurance sector.
