He leads a multidisciplinary team of economists, accountants and regulatory experts as a Director in 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网鈥檚 Energy & Natural Resources team within Forensic, Risk Consulting.
He has expertise across a range of issues within the energy sector, including leading major industry transformation programmes, advising on business planning, designing regulatory structures, and conducting regulatory and economic analysis.
Duncan works with business, regulators and government, advising on policy and strategy at both ministerial and board levels.
