      Nicole is the Head of Emerging Giants and 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 Access in the UK. Emerging Giants is a Global 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 brand for our support of fast growth and innovative scaling businesses. The team identify and support high potential startups and scaleups across the UK and work alongside them to accelerate their success. We are here to work organically with businesses, delivering traditional and new 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 services and support throughout their business lifecycle.

      The newly launched 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 Access focuses on delivering traditional Big 4 support in a very non-traditional way via 4 main 'pain points' - Access to Talent, Access to Finance, Access to Markets and Compliance and Governance. Access runs in themed scale-up cohorts for a 12-month journey of growth as we support businesses through the most exciting and critical phase of their business journey.聽

      Nicole has been at 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 for 10 years, starting her career at 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 as a School Leaver. The programme allowed Nicole to work in the TMT audit practice while studying for a BSc in Accounting at the University of Exeter and also training to become a CA with ICAS.
