Jennifer has worked at 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 for over 22 years, having led the tax practice in Liverpool since 2016. She advises a wide variety of clients including UK listed companies, UK interests of overseas owned businesses, private equity owned businesses and privately owned groups. She and her team provide advice to corporates and individuals across all aspects of taxation, including international, mergers and acquisitions and dealing with the UK tax authority, HMRC.
Jennifer has been Office Senior Partner in Liverpool for 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 in the UK since 2019 and heads a talented and multi-disciplinary team of people, serving clients across the private and public sectors. She is responsible for maintaining a well-established and successful audit and tax business, supporting and growing a market leading deals practice, and seeking opportunity to continue the development of the firm鈥檚 award winning consulting team across the city region and beyond.
