Prior to joining 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 corporate finance, Mark worked in Lloyd鈥檚 of London and at Amlin plc working on mergers and acquisition projects.
He has extensive experience of advising on acquisitions, disposals, mergers, management buyouts/management buyins (MBO/MBIs), valuations and public company transactions.
In addition to his time at 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 corporate finance, Mark was seconded to Aviva plc where he worked as a director of group mergers and acquisitions completing a number of European life and non-life insurance and investment management transactions for the group.
