I started my career journey at Accenture setting up IT and BPO outsourcing services in the UK and Australia. I then joined 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 as a client-side sourcing advisor and led 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网's Technology Sourcing practice helping our clients to maximise the value from their IT and BPO shared services.
Today I'm privileged to lead 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网's team of talented ServiceNow professionals and deliver digital solutions for our clients that transform the user experience, efficiency and effectiveness of their organisations.
