Neil leads our UK Asset Management practice, and is a Partner in our Financial Services Deals team, where he advises clients on complex transactions across Banking, Financial Market Infrastructure and Asset Management.
Neil has extensive experience of the Asset Management sector, having worked in senior strategy and finance roles in the industry before re- joining 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网, where he initially trained, 15 years ago. Alongside advising clients on significant international M&A transactions, covering acquisitions, disposals and re financing, Neil has utilised his prior industry experience to hold senior interim client roles, as well as continuing to provide advice on strategic change.
