Gavin joined 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 in 2005 and prior to that served as a commissioned officer in the Royal Navy. Since joining 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网, he has principally focussed on large complex cross border transactions including major JV partnerships, working extensively in the US, Europe, China, Russia, the Nordics, South Africa and Brazil.
He chairs 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网鈥檚 JV and Alliances team, leads the Industrial Markets sector for UK Deal Advisory incl. Automotive, Industrial Manufacturing and A&D and is client lead partner for some of our major clients in this sector.
Gavin has advised multiple clients to plan, set-up, turnaround or dissolve their Joint Ventures partnerships.
