Romi Alboreto leads Procurement and Commercial Strategy within MPA. Romi and her team are experienced in extracting project and programme requirements and using these to develop appropriate packaging and procurement strategies for major capital programmes. This includes development of the commercial and contract strategy, supply chain strategy and undertaking market engagement and testing.
Romi and her team are also experienced implementing strategy into tender documentation; managing the end-to-end process to contract award. Romi鈥檚 team works across all sectors, helping our clients set major projects and programmes up for success.
