As a tax partner, Marc has 25 years鈥� experience in providing tax related services to many of the region鈥檚 owner managed businesses, private equity backed businesses, listed entities and multinational enterprises, together with the individuals and entrepreneurs behind them.
Marc has a specialism around transactional taxes, having advised across a range of acquisition, sale, private equity, refinancing and IPO transactions.聽
