Svitlana has been advising on corporate transactions since joining 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 in 2006. Prior to that she worked as a project and business development manager for a management consulting company and obtained international experience in the US in Small Business Development Center and a Silicon Valley tech company.

In 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 Svitlana has been providing advi褋e on financial due diligence, IBR (independent business review), commercial due diligence, SPA  and other transaction advise on a number of cross-border and domestic transactions in various industries, including oil and gas, metallurgy, machine building, media and information, financial sector, pharmaceutical, consumer and industrial markets.

In 2013 Svitlana worked on secondment with the Transaction services practice in London, UK.
