Sergey graduated from Kyiv National Economic University in Ukraine. He is a certified auditor, a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), and also has the auditor's certificate of Ukraine (Certificate "A" and "B").

Sergey has been with 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 since 2003, followed by a long-term secondment with 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 Singapore during 2010-2011. Sergey has a vast experience in private and public sector auditing of the financial statements prepared in accordance with IFRS, Ukrainian National Accounting Regulations and US GAAP. His clients include companies operating in consumer markets, real estate, IT and industrial sectors, as well as nonprofit organizations. Sergey is now heading 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 Consumer Markets Industry Group, Technology Industry Practice and Nonprofit Operations Practice in Ukraine.
